I just need to keep reminding myself that you can’t think yourself into the body you want.
You need to work for it.
There’s no use googling the best ways to lose weight and gain muscle and meticulously planning out how to do it effectively. You could shut down your computer right now and go for that run.
I could sit here reblogging fit and healthy girls all day and I would still look the same no matter how much I tried to convince myself otherwise.
And that’s why I pushed myself through today’s run, and I couldn’t feel more happy.
